I tried to work with this company in December 2023 to get a quote and got an email response. I replied and did not hear back after two follow-ups via email. Then, follow up via phone twice. I reached the person on the first call, and we discussed the personal documents to send for the quote. I sent them the documentation and then had to follow up twice again. I was told I would get a callback, but I never received a callback or a quote. So they received my personal documents, and never replied or provided a quote.
Purchased a report for a number because they said the contact information was included. Received the report which contained nothing in it and then they gave excuses why nothing was in it. Instead of admitting beforehand they had nothing, the company purposefully lies to people to get their money and gives blanket reports.
Consumer Affairs gets paid to lay about the ratings and ignores all the true reviews.
Tip for consumers:
The site will always say it has the information but DO NOT fall for it. You will pay for nothing, get a bot for help, and you will still not get the information. You will lose money for no information or fake information
