Started out with a terrible experience from the camping world online ordering center. Long story short, items I bought to be shipped to Idaho went to my two year ago home in California even though shipping address showed as Meridian Idaho. Called the customer service number to only be told by the rude lady, it was up to us to figure it out? Fast forward to today. Went in to our local Camping World in Meridian Idaho and met the he parts manager Ed looking for some help on how to rectify this situation. Ed looked up my information, found my order and told me he would right back. After about 5 minutes Ed returned with 3 of the 4 items I had ordered but then went one step further and gave me an upgraded 4th item since he didn't have the one I ordered in stock. I told him I wasn't looking for replacement of the items but merely help in finding the original items. His comment, "This is just the RIGHT thing to do ". Are you kidding me, this is the absolute best description of good customer service as it gets! Ed, thank you so much for looking out for me. You went way way above and beyond.
