After 4 emails to an obviously non existent customer service dept., I had to call AMEX to dispute a charge. 4 dz boxes of donuts came as 2 dz upside down WET donuts with a non english speaking deliv person.
Not even 1 response to my emails? AND I also sent aninmail to their CEO on linkedIn with the hope of having him help and see what is going on there... NOTHING!
