“Extremely Slow and Evasive Solving Missing Parts”

I ordered 2 Profile shelf units 4 months ago. The main shelves arrived a month ago without the assembly parts. They insisted I had everything. Then 2 weeks later they think maybe they were lost in shipping. Still no follow up. I pay over $3,000. And all I get is the run around. They were shipped from Knoll who could be at fault but speaking to them directly they say they can do nothing because I bought the products from DWR. This is ridiculous.

Tip for consumers:
At this point I feel giving reviews of uncooperative companies is important.
