The DYNASTY DVD collection I ordered from jaxjade.com is incomplete upon receipt! I contacted the company right away and one of their customer support reps respond back within few hours. I was surprised because they reply quickly and rectify the problem at once. They asked me if I went through the entire DVDs as they provide one time free replacement. I provided the list and they send my missing discs after a week. I feel very pleased with the quality of the DVDs I received, absolutely perfect. Now that I have the complete playable discs, I pleasantly contented with the whole set!
