I ordered a set of Eibach Sportline lowering springs yesterday, after talking with a customer service rep and him telling me that they were in fact in stock. Well, he lied. They are not in stock as the website says. They (AM) only gave me bull$#*! excuses. Some supposedly supervisor named Josh kept trying to tell me that they were being shipped from one their other warehouses. That was a lie. After a long drawn out conversation, he finally admitted that they were being shipped from the manufacturer. And so far that hasn't happened. My next move is to call Eibach directly and let them know just how American Muscle has lied to me and put this off on Eibach. And when and if all of this crap comes in, I will send it right back and cancel the order. They can lie and jerk someone else. Point blank, these people do not give a $#*! about it's customers.
