When I checked each DVDs, I noticed that it doesn't have the perfect quality; DVDs are not in high-definition as I thought so. I emailed UltimateDVDSeries from their website and they explained that what I received was a collector's/fan version. At that point, they offered me for two options, a partial refund and keep the DVDs or to return the whole set for a refund less shipping charges. I accepted the partial refund because I checked the discs, it has all the episodes and it's all playable in my DVD player. I received the partial refund after 10 business workng days and
I'm glad that they know how to stand behind their products. In this case, I would still recommend this company for being professional all the way through.
