I handed over my bike for transportation from Bengaluru to patna on 5th march.
I was told it will be delivered within 7days. Payment process get delayed. Before payment they told me that tracking id will be given just after the payment. I got my tracking id after 2 days of payment, around 11th of april. They lied that my is loaded on 9th april only.
They don't give proper information, even if you call head office or the pickup boy.
When i picked my bike from godown on 16th april, the side mirror was missing. And no one is taking responsibility. They are dropping my phone saying they have sent it. But, it's clearly missing from the package. Before booking they said they will take the responsibility of damage or loss.
Even when i called to company helpline number. They are also saying the same thing. Even he said 'you can go and complaint to commissioner '.

This company can not be trusted l. The only thing.

I am adding more here, because i did not any option to add new review. This is what happened when reviewed this company.

I got a call from them and he said ' i was about to parcel your stuff but now i will not parcel it, because you gave us bad review'. Also he said provoking words about state as well.

Then i messaged him, i will again add one more review about your company. He said ' do whatever you want to do, from your single review ny company will not get closed'. And of course this guy is not smart enough to leave proof. This last thing he said on audio msg and i have it.
