I intentionally ordered your expensive Brow Altering Serum directly from your website and NOT from Amazon. Yes, that was my choice, thinking the quality of it would be better if ordered directly from source. However, I was so disappointed -- it arrived and as soon as I tried it the first time, I realized the barrel was empty, almost dry. After spending almost $100, I naturally expected more product. I did try to get more serum out (nothing appeared on the bristle brush but a little wet product did appear on the wand and so even when I tried to swipe the wand with a q-tip and use that, it was to no avail. Product was evaporated, it was dry. Your choice: I am requesting a full refund or another brow serum barrel as a replacement. I had such high hopes of using it for the high cost, but was thoroughly disappointed in the almost dry formulation.
