Hi, I went to " proceed to checkout " and it processed my order without my being able to review it properly.
I wanted to add a second item.
So I have had to pay twice for the shipping, £14, enough to buy another jumper.
I am very annoyed and would really appreciate one lot of shipping refunded please as you can easily stick two items in one parcel.

Please list at least one online fashion shop that you are more satisfied with. The more the better.

I don’t shop online, I have only responded to your advertising because I really like the top.
The only other thing I use is Amazon
