Embarrassed to say I fell for the absolutely too good to be true prices on paddleboards on this site (first mistake!) The site advertises that they accept Amex (great, Amex will protect my purchase!) but then when you go to check out, suddenly there is an issue accepting the card (of course). When the charge shows up there is a foreign transaction fee and up conversion (our total at checkout confirmed was $94.75... charged on our account? Just over $105...).

Over a month later a small envelope shows up at our house... with a metal bracelet in it. We immediately reach out to the customer service contacts at the website and several days later receive an email that basically says "so sorry, we will give you a partial refund." and now nothing. Insanity!
