I sent an email to cancel the order because it was delayed. I received an email from them a week later saying they shipped it and can no longer cancel the order. After receiving the order, I filled out an online return form on their website and have emailed them five times asking how to return the item for a refund. Their website indicates hassle-free returns and 30-day postage paid returns. It has been a complete hassle and I am now going through PayPal to get a response from them and my refund.
