The quality of the prints are not great to begin with but kinda worked for the price. Final straw was today. I placed my order May 9th was supposed to be received May 19th-May 23rd. Today is the 23rd and they haven't even printed it. They will only contact through Facebook messenger. I have never gotten them to answer the phone even though it says I'm first in line. They would not even do priority shipping because I hadn't paid for it. Idiotic customer service. I told them I am stopping payment with my bank and only then were they willing to print immediately and ship priority. They threw in there that this was being "blown out of proportion". I still have to paint on this canvas and my customer who is our, military base's wing commander is expecting it next week... you tell me who is blowing what out of proportion. It's too late. I notified my bank and ordered with another company. Go elsewhere. It's worth the extra money!
