Over the past 2yrs lost so much money on bad wigs until I orderd from valentine. They stay in contact with you all the way. My very first order I orderd it to dark.rang them very helpful got refunded they sent it back all the way to Germany and reorder it in a lighter colour. The wig is great could not be happier,defo use this company again and not even going to try anywhere else. Good discounts and loyalty points even a colour ring loan program that's a great idea

I admit I'm having a hard time about losing my hair. Yneed just made it so much worse I got treated badly. Wud not get back in touch lost out on £235. Pluse £10 fast delivery it took over 2wks.the wig in less thn 2 days matterd up lik dread locks and its nothing I'd done to the wig. Find better site don't risk it
