I enjoyed the person that was going to do my resume; she was so lovely. Still, the experience I had with the "support" team was terrible, and all over the place, I ended up getting my money back, canceling my project, and deleting my account. This service is supposed to help people feel more confident when applying for a position. All it did for me was create unneeded stress. Do better "support" team.
