Forever resetting my password...really annoys me that customers cant get into their accounts but villains can...You need to sort out a better way to login

Sold an engagement ring, and paid extra postage to ship to buyer. Buyer upon receipt said was listed as wrong size when it wasnt. Ebay accepted their return request. I challeneged the case and they agreed to leave me with the funds and the buyer kept the ring. At the same time I lost money on postafe and listing fees. I would have rather had the ring back. Been with ebay for over 20 years. This is not the first time they have overtunred a decison that was not fair. Will never sell anything with ebay again!
