“They closed my 2 accounts the same day I made my payment”

I have 2 accounts with capital one for about 6 months, one secured and another is not secured. I have been takin care in order to fix and improve my credit. But today I entered to the app and surprise, they both were closed. They did it the same day I pay the monthly payment.
The reason, nobody had been able to explained to me. I just regret being trusting to this company.

Tip for consumers:
I just wouldn’t like to trust this company.
