This treatment facility is by far the worst I have ever visited. I wouldn't send a loved one back there even if it was the only option available. It is so completely unorganized, visitation never starts on time, yet they are on the dot to make sure it ends on time! The staff are under-educated, very rude and speak to the patients (and their parents) like they are toddlers in preschool. Some of the rules are exceedingly causeless (I understand they need the patients to have rules and boundaries)... for example, a visitor may only visit one patient per visit, even though you are on both the patients' correspondence lists. Also, a patient may not make a phone call someone that was a previous patient and has graduated and completed the program. I understand that the one of the only prerequisites to be employed here, is that a person has completed their own 'long term' program there. Also, I was informed that while my loved one was in treatment at your facility, one of the women in 'long term' care was molested by her room mate! Not only that, BUT there was not a police report for this individual! PLEASE, please re-evaluate your hiring/training process of your staff. This is meant to be a place to help people feel safe and help them get through something that they cannot do by themselves. It should definitely not feel like jail or torture to these individuals asking for help to be clean and sober!
