“Rude and Canceled my ordered without telling me”

I don't even want to give them 1 star. They canceled my order and NEVER told me. When I reached out to them, they were incredibly rude. Never again. This was a birthday present that I never received and 3 weeks later, they say it was canceled but will not tell me why. I am so disappointed. I would never use the online one EVER

Rude and did NOT TELL ME THEY CANCELED MY ORDER OR WHY.
