My router went down in the middle of a critical time. They rushed me a new one after I had called support and it was deemed defective. I had a label in my email within seconds of my call. This item is hard to get so I appreciate that gesture and do not normally post reviews but this was a good thing so here goes. The router was in stock there so they shipped it before I had it in the mail.
