Jan 30.2022 I contacted HP to cancel my print plan. I haven't used my printer in awhile so my plan was for 15 page print per month for $1.05
When they cancelled my plan I was told I won't be able to use the cartridge that may be in my printer and any cartridges that I may have left. Now you pay for the ink every month through your credit card and they charge your card religiously. The ink you have is what YOU purchased and PAID for. However I was told the ink belongs to them and the cartridge can no longer be used.
I spoke with a supervisor in some foreign country and expressed my disgust and asked for my money back and I was advised they don't that. $1.05 is not a lot of money but it's still money you paid to purchase that ink and the principal behind it.
Whether it's a $1.05 or $10 plan they neglected to tell me the ink belongs to them whether you pay for it or not. Is it just; I think not, Fair; absolutely not.
I cancelled my plan which wasn't worth the $1.05 anyway and I told them I will no longer do business with them. I felt ripped off.
Please just buy a new cartridge in store or from a dealer selling new as I will do now too.
Just Disgusted

Tip for consumers:
In my opinion it’s a rip off. Plans are various limited pages you can print.
Buy your ink (full cartridge) in a store or online
