I paid Half upfront via CC, they said they would take the second half when the order is ready to complete and ship. If that was so. That is fair. They did take the second payment from my CC Since they said taking the final payment off my CC means they were shipping it out and I would receive a waybill shortly. Since then, I received no information about the order. When I placed the order, their website said STOCK in their Winnipeg, Manitoba Location (I think that is a fraud, if it is NOT in stock and they advertise it is, apparently is just mail drop and pick up location.) I finally emailed since they said they would ship within the week when they took my money. Then in a response email, they told me they were going to ship it within the next week. That never happened, I have sent them 3 other emails with NO response from them. They seem to do this to many people When they are having issues getting products, which from review sites seems half the time. I am now one of them. I gave them a lot of opportunities, but now it is just ridiculous, Lens or refund! Customer service is everything, If you say on your own, what you will do for people, you should do it. Or explain the issues you are having, possible your customers will understand.
