I purchased a hooverboard for my granddaughter, it worked well for six months and then suddenly only one side will work. I've tried contacting hooverboard.com through emails, they don't apparently have a phone number they list. Repairs are impossible, no repair shop around here can do anything because they have no source for parts. Have sent two emails to the listed "contact us", no response over two weeks. Would not buy from them again, and it's a shame because the problem is with getting the units repaired, the unit is well made and sturdy - when it worked.
