This place is like ordering from China: make and order and forget about it. Then, when it comes in the mail, it's a nice surprise.
I can't understand in the days of next day shipping, they take so long. I submitted an order and it's been over 5 business days and USPS states "awaiting item".
They used to be good but not anymore.
Order elsewhere if you need your items within the month.

We advertise 4-7 business day shipping, and typically ship out orders same or next day (with the exclusion of orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday). However, shipping can occasionally be held up due to orders containing lithium or back-ordered products, and we send out emails to alert customers of the additional shipping time.
