Ordered glasses for a disabled family member; status indicated that it was stuck in production after 10 days. Contacted their customer service reps after struggling with their annoying AI bot interface each week for the next 3 weeks. Could not get anyone on the phone. Was promised action, acceleration and delivery via text each time. All lies. Canceled the order after waiting a month and receiving nothing. Spend your money elsewhere. This company is a clown car.

Tip for consumers:
Their AI-bot customer service interface is only of limited utility. Customers should have the option to talk to a live agent when the AI-bot fails. Current system requires a persistent, non-obvious approach for the AI to hand off to a human, but only by text. Pick up the damn phone.

The return policy is great. Just could not figure out how to ipdate the prescription.
