I received a Honda HRX217 Lawnmower with issues, oil pouring out of engine after 15 minutes. Followed directions added the supplied 12 oz bottle of oil. Called Mowers Direct and they said sorry call Honda too bad!. Learned my lesson only buy from a servicing dealer. They are horrible!
Tip for consumers:
Just a follow up on this review, it turns out that Mowers Direct claim that I overfilled the lawnmower they sent with oil was the issue was false. The problem was eventually fixed by warranty, it turns out that the upper oil seal in the brand new unit was missing from the factory.
