“Terribly slow at processing refund”

I returned a Zoom UAC-232 interface on 27 March 2024 and today, 19 April, I STILL have not received my refund. Useless customer service - you've lost me, Bax Music, forever.

Tip for consumers:
DREADFUL company - please AVOID!!!!

Products used:
None - returned. Should have a full refund. Nearly a month later no refund has been received.
