Do not order from Bullock and Jones catalogue. In decades of ordering from catalogues I have never had a worst experience. Placed order for over $1000 of merchandise on Sept 15. Got an email this week that one item ( a sweater) was shipped. A lie, never received. Phone call to rep who said she had no record of any order. Another rep found my order and blamed UPS. Said it would be delivered today Saturday. Nothing. Called again and tried to get a supervisor in customer service— Nothing ( after 15 minutes on hold). These people LIE and are totally incompetent.
