Rma#LTK*******1297X Your crappy 24hr return policy should be more stressed. My kids Christmas gift arrived and upon opening it to wrap it up was then found broken from shipping. It's $#*!ty thing to tell your kid the gift is broken because of poor packaging for shipment. Then find out shopping will be $25 and not affordable to get a new replacement. I will never order from you again. I will make sure your company is reflected this way...
