I purchased a $5 item, a game cartridge box cardboard insert. It arrived and was torn on one end. I contacted Nathan Szczepanik at NintendoOneStop. He accused me of ripping it myself and refused to replace it or give a refund. DO NOT do business with this company. You can't contact anyone if you have a problem except Nathan and he is totally rude and unhelpful. He is giving Nintendo a bad name.
