I have 5 cats and have purchased Temptations kitty treats for probably a year. I am APPALLED that there is SOMETHING in this that is MAJORLY addictive... My cats will come to me several times a day... almost CRYING for a treat. When I HAVE given them treats they devour them and almost FIGHT each other to get them for themselves... They CLAIM good nutrition even stating chicken is the first ingredient... NOT TRUE... The first ingredient is chicken BY PRODUCT MEAL...By products are things like hair, nails, beaks... NOT edible stuff... APPARENTLY too, FDA has received numerous complaints about the product and people reporting their pets in acute renal failure... HOW ABOUT A CLASS ACTION SUIT to set the record straight... This company is HIDING something and killing our pets and destroying their health and making them addicted to this... DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE TEMPTATIONS TREATS. They ARE toxic... if you LOVE your pets... steer clear of this toxic garbage... REAL FOOD is the solution for kitty treats...I have contacted CHEWY & COSTCO to ask them to remove these products due to the numerous problems...As I write this review, one of my cats is at my feet crying to me to get more treats... THIS IS INSANE...

I am a fit 74 yr old active male. I signed up indicating I wanted to GAIN weight about 15#. And get back more muscle that I've HAD in the past but haven't been working out sooooo muscle loss. The LONGWINDED promo videos emphasize CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT and IF ANYTIME IN THE YEAR (365DAYYS) YOU WANT a refund, just contact us and NO QUESTIONS ASKED we'll refund. NOT TRUE. The very first day I signed up I got several emails about how I could lose alot of weight. YET I had filled ot forms indicating my goals. APPARENTLY nobody reads anything. I started receiving 2-4 emails per day telling how to lose lots of weight or suggested products I cold buy from them to lose weight or build muscle. Long story short... after a WEEK and several requests to cancel & refund my money STILL NO CORRESPONDENCE and no refund. They SAY easy refund process... it's NOT can't get to speak with anyone live OR no response to emails or texts... I would NEVER deal with this company NOT WORTH THE HASSLE receiving completely irrelevant emails & offers for products I never asked about. Advertising makes it all sound so great... TRUTH IS there IS misinformation: IE... in America 80-90% of men experience prostate issues... Fit After 50 sent suggested meals... including meats & eggs... NOT GOOD FOR PROSTATE at all... They are supposed to be knowledgeable and HELP me NOT hurt me by recommending foods that are NOT conducive to healthy prostate... I do NOT recommend this company, their customer service, or their products...

Tip for consumers:
Customer service is horrendous. IF a person requests a refund ONCE should be sufficient.. NOT with this company. Repeated requests get NO response. Had to file dispute with Paypal to get anything to happen. This company is ALL ABOUT PROMO.. Completing a hormonal evaluation resulted in email & txt about how to lose lots of weight quickly when I stated I had no desire to lose weight. Nobody is reading this information

Placed an order at 828a.m. Within 2 minutes, I realized this was NOT the product I wanted/needed. I attempted to cancel the order on the website, by CALLING their contact phone # & replying to the order confirmation email. NOTHING worked. Their phone # states WE DO NOT ACCEPT calls or orders... go to the website. The LINKS that supposedly are intended to do what you ask DO NOT work. Never rec'd reply yet SAID it shipped and in fact ONLY a label was created & it DIDN"T ship. I will NEVER order from tthem again... HORRIBLE lack of availability., Very USER UNFRIENDLY website.

Tip for consumers:
Their email at 948 a.m. confirming that the product had SHIPPED was an outright lie. When clicked on the link to track the package and 1040 PM it stated that A LABEL had been created, but the product had NOT shipped... THAT sort of outright lie is completely unacceptable. I don't recommend ANYONE deal with this company as they are UNREACHABLE... their emails are all NO REPLY .
