Signed up for Payoneer in January 2016. Supposed to get my money no later than 90 days. It is now June 9, and still no money.
I email them at least every other day.
They respond quickly, but only to say they're sorry and they are working on a migration of their system.
They've been saying that for 2 months. Seriously, a migration for 2 months.
I've asked for a timeline of when the migration will be done, and each and every time they say it will be soon.
I asked will it be in July, August, or by the end of the year? And they said they will forward my concerns to management.
If/When they reply to this complaint, they will say, "We are sorry for your experience"
I just want someone to tell me the truth with a definitive answer besides "soon". My definition of soon is much different from theirs, obviously.
