Paid for return flights. Only to be emailed on the day of flying and told the return flight isn't booked and they will refund the return flight. They then refused to acknowledge how they have made it difficult to take this trip and then tried charging me 3 x the original cost to book the same flight we were returning on. It is disgusting at such short notice and they refuse to recognise how bad are. I want compensation for this
