I ordered two sweatshirts and decided to return both for different sizes. I did reorder and pay for the second set of sweatshirts. However, after following their return policy I still have not received credit for the shirts I returned. ( Its been 2 months). Come to find out the post office they require you to mail return items to was holding numerous return items. ClothingShopOnline was not paying the post office box fee and the packages were on hold until the company pays up. Looks like I'm out of my refund, and it is definite that they lost a customer. Stay away from this company. I would of rated them a 0 if that category was available.
