DMV4ME is not a good place to get your registration and new plates done. Yeah, it's nice to not be in the long line at the DMV, but then again the too much hassle and stressful dealings with DMV4ME was not a nice experience. I needed my registration done as I didn't have much time left before it expired. They told me they can expidite the process for a $150 more on top of the $69.00 that they charge. I was also reassured that they can get it done in 2 to 3 days. However, I waited 2 weeks for my registration and new plates to be processed and drove around town with no plates and registration. So, of course I asked for a refund of what they charge me to expidite the process. They told me that I will be reimburse. Another 3 weeks went buy and I still did not get my money back. I was always told that they will call me back each time I called, which they never did. I feel that I was RIPPED OFF!
This company does not give customer satisfaction. Poor customer service, poor quality products for the price they asked for. On top of that, you have to pay for the shipping on your returns. You'll never get anywhere with them.
