I bought a bag and they sent the wrong one. They told me to return it so I did. After over 2 weeks of this process I finally have my money, minus the shipping cost from the return. So I paid for a bag I never got, had to pay for shipping twice, and have given this feedback multiple times and no one has reached out. This is an atrocious approach to customer service. I'm sure the product is great but I wouldn't know, I never got mine.
