Purchased finger pulse oximeter monitor. Upon receiving it, it would turn on but not give any reading. Contacted Walmart where I purchased it and they started exchange process. Next day, I received three emails from N1 all on the same day. First one asked if it item still wasn't working. Of course it's not working that's why I asked for exchange. Next email stated it was past the allotted return period- it wasn't. Third email stated new exchange item was shipped. All a bit confusing however I did receive the new one and it worked. Had to go online for instructions/directions The directions that came with the product were printed so small that even with magnifying glass were difficult to read.
