Sent us broken items. We emailed as soon as we opened their packaging and they claim it's outside their damage policy. Makes no sense. Beware of these guys

Really BAD. Car smelt horrible. I also initially bought a 3 day rental but flight was delayed and I only used car for 2 days. They don'rt care and refuse to give a credit back. Also, the car they gave me had expired plates and I was pulled over. This place is a joke

We are very sorry to be informed that you have not been able to use the rental car for the full rental period as reserved. Unfortunately we are unable to change the length of the rental period once the rental start date has passed. This is also explained within our General conditions.

We strongly advise you to contact the flight company and claim your costs with them since they are the party responsible for losing one rental day.
