Vehicle was inventoried as being in yard 34 days. It was the only one with compatible part. I called the desk twice from yard and got no answer. 2 trips back to desk to confirm its location in the yard. Not there. Walked a mile around the yard looking for it. Before i left i was told it was "policy" to remove cars from yard after 45 days. I told them it was listed as being there 34 days. They said "Sorry". I drove the 25 miles back home. Wasted afternoon and $5.00 gas. Part (dome light) was priced 50% higher than area competitor (Midway U-Pull).
Tip for consumers:
Try any and all other salvage yards before going to Pick-n-pull on Winner Rd in KC,MO. They advertise vehicles not in their inventory. Additionally, Pick-n-Pull's (all locations) prices are higher than MidWay U-Pull (all locations).
