“Terrible customer service”

Ordered a grandmaster hilt but was sent a different one. When I emailed 10 mins after the package arrived I was told I need to pay a $132 restocking fee to correct the mistake. I was told " it was clear at check out any returns is an additional 20% restocking fee regardless of the reason."

Wouldn't order from this site again. Wouldn't recommend this site, after some research this site is the only one they link as it has them at a 4.8/5 but other sites has them at a 1/5 and even 10 the better business bureau has them listed as an F and a 1.22/5 for reviews.

Do your research.

Tip for consumers:
Run! Run quickly and find another site that doesn't rip you off. Do take my word research reviews on other sites including the Better business Bureau that gave them an F and called them “a Chinese sweatshop in the heart of Texas.”
