The software provider used to charge a monthly fee and then one day out of the blue with out notice they stopped allowing monthly service and charged for the entire year upfront.
What was a $200 fee normally just became $2400 on my bank account.
They would not offer a refund.
I had been using the software for three years and honestly it lacks luster. We moved to a different calendar provider.
Shame on the executives at Time ly for ripping off their customers and for zero communications not even an email regarding the change.
