I purchased dried smoked lamb shanks (trotters) for my dog. I cancelled the order when extra charges were tacked on and they refused to correct their error.
The exact same item was shipped from their competitor with only a standard shipping fee and weighed less than 1/4 of the Dog.com claimed shipping weight.
