I joined Belong about 12 months ago, on the assumption they were providing an ADSL 2+ Internet Connection.
After constant complaints about the speed of their service, they have just admitted after all this time, that I am only receiving an ADSL 1 service, as the exchange has yet to be upgraded to accommodate ADSL2!
In the meantime, they have been happy to charge me for the inferior service, at the same cost as ADSL2.
Time to stop this rout.
