Custom cover vs generic was the main factor and made in North America.
Wanted the quality they were making.
Just the opportunity to order a custom cover to fit your product makes the extra cost worth it. Bought something that is suppose to last a lifetime, in a sold cast iron Chiminea, I figured it is just as well to protect it.
Custom products always are a better investment
Everytime I have an issue, they are there for me 24-7 with problem solving skills everytime that put everyting back to normal. Great work, great company.
