I bought some cups on 08Jan22. It is now 25Jan22. The tracking indicates "Processing". I do not know what that means. I had hoped to have my purchase long before now, so I have contacted the company about 5 times to inquire about the status of my purchase and to offer to pay more to get it here faster. My main problems is that no will respond to me at all. I guess I am bothering them too much. I am not sure.
