Don't Browse but rather RUN from this site. Similar to many others and Tanya A's post from 6/3/19 my wife booked a night (one night) thru Cancelon and when we received our confirmation we noted the date was wrong so we called them asking them to simply correct/change the date by one nigh (not even a refund request). We were told there was "nothing" they could do but when we pressed them, they said ok they would have a committee review our request and get back to us in 72 hours. Reply came back via e-mail sorry no changes allowed. Next we called the hotel (Ala Moana Surfrider in Hawaii) and they were totally understanding and willing to make the date change but they would need Cancelon's approval. We stayed on hold while they called Cancelon. Guess what? Cancelon refused to authorize the change. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and any other agency to file a complaint and inform them of Cancelon's dirty business practices. Don't Browse, but rather RUN from this rat of a merchant. As a side note Trivago was the one who led us to this rather unscrupulous merchant so beware. When we disputed the charge with our credit company (still in process) the reply from Cancelon was they contacted the hotel and tried to change the date but they were unwilling to do this. Lying Thieves They Are. RUN!
