Ordered three items. Once arrived, nothing is from America. Flag is thin as parchment paper. Shorts were wrong size. Last week they were sending me a replacement, this week they want me to mail mine back before I receive another. Wtf

I have contacted the company about twenty times. Mass confusion. Pretty sure no one is in charge. Had to force the hand with PayPal to even return the low quality non American products

Ordered two items. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day.

One item will not be delivered until the 15th. Called, well sir we told you in the confirmation email that it wouldn't be in the subheading of the item, and the banner for the item said such.

Why did the shipping option appear?

Nice stuff. Poor customer service

I ordered a strut, I had to call a half week later as no shipping order generated. After three phone calls, five hours later, they admitted they didn't have it. A week later they finally refunded.
