I have dealt personally with this company -- big nightmare! Their equipment doesn't work and you can forget about getting customer service on the phone. I cancelled a year ago and returned the unit and tonight they called me and left a message about my subscription renewal! Companies like this give web commerce a bad name!

What a ripoff this is. These guys claim to be a web-based article submission service but after you pay and log in, there's no place to do this. They emailed us an empty xls file and told us to fill it in! RIP OFF!
