The product is very good but the after sales service stinks. You never see the same people as the staff turnover appears to be quite frequent.

Bought a camera, got my delivery and tracking notice. No camera as it was sent to wrong address. Contacted support (very loose description of what they offer) and have been assing around for four weeks hearing phrases like "I will pass this to our management team" and "thank you for your patience". They don't seem to be able to manage anything and I certainly have no patience left.
