They sent me the wrong strength even though I had to send them a copy of my prescription. They keep saying they are emailing me instructions to return them. But they never do. I am out $84! I have called them so many times, I finally give up!
Tip for consumers:
I ordered from 1800contacts and had success. Lowestpricecontacts keeps promising to send me return information and never sending it. Think twice before ordering from them. Part of the order process is sending a copy of your prescription!!! They know they sent me the wrong ones and refuse to make it right.
